Dual brand visibility: conventional search + AI

BrandRadar is not an AI-only product. Every audit covers classic internet search presence and AI answer presence, then compares you to named competitors — with evidence you can open.

Conventional search + AI answers

Built from conventional search and AI answer channels when both have usable data. If a channel is missing, we leave it out — we never treat “missing” as a fake zero.

Dual-channel grade

Both channels feed one grade when usable. Missing channel = omitted, never a fake zero.

Conventional search audit

~60%

Primary weight. How you appear in public search for buyer topics, with stronger weight when we can verify the actual page.

AI answer audit

~40%

Second channel. How often AI assistants name your brand for category questions, based only on usable answers.

Conventional search audit

Weight in overall grade: ~60%

Primary weight. How you appear in public search for buyer topics, with stronger weight when we can verify the actual page.

  • Public search listings for your buyer topics
  • Unique websites — not spammy duplicates
  • Stronger weight when the page is verified

AI answer visibility

Do AI assistants mention your brand when people ask for recommendations?

We ask buyer-style category questions (without putting your brand name in the prompt) and check whether the answer names you or a competitor. We only count real, usable answers. If a check fails, we skip it — we never treat a failure as “you were not mentioned.” Share of AI Voice shows how often you appear versus named competitors across those answers.

Competitor comparison

Side-by-side standing versus the rivals you care about.

Each competitor needs a name and official website so we can match them fairly. You get share of voice and scorecards across search, AI answers, and media signals — using the same rules as your main scores, so comparisons stay honest.

News & community signals

Recent public mentions that give context around your category.

We pull recent public news and community-style mentions when available, with simple sentiment when we can classify it. These support the story of your market — they are not a full social listening suite and we do not invent activity.

Evidence behind every score

Open a metric and see the sources that support it.

Reports link scores back to collected sources. When the sample is thin, the report flags limited data and coverage — so you can trust the number, or know to treat it carefully.

Authority sources

Third-party pages that shape shortlists — guides, reviews, comparisons.

We surface trusted-looking public pages that show up in discovery. If AI answers cite sites where competitors appear and you do not, those gaps can become concrete actions.

SEO snapshot (brand vs competitors)

A focused, like-for-like page comparison — not a full technical SEO crawl.

Eight on-page and search-presence checks, measured the same way for you and each competitor. If we cannot measure something, we show “not measured” — never a fake zero. Included on every plan.

Prioritized actions

What to do next, ordered by likely impact, tied to real evidence.

Gaps become a ranked list of next steps, each linked to the sources behind it. Low-relevance noise is pushed down so your team sees useful work first — not generic SEO advice.

What we never do

  • Invent brand scores without collected evidence
  • Treat a failed AI check as “you were not mentioned”
  • Present a thin sample as a confident 100% share of voice
  • Charge more for “more accurate AI” — paid plans add capacity, not different math
